A girlfriend at work told me about this. Could it be any easier? Especially these days with all the points rich foods tempting, this is awesome! She also said she added a middle layer of no-fat pudding to the recipe and fruit, and of course top with no/low fat whip cream! - which depending on what you use would only add an additional point per serving, if that, and soo good! Here it is:
Diet Soda Cake
1 box cake mix any flavor1 can diet soda any flavor
Mix the dry cake mix with 12 oz of diet soda (do not use the egg or oil listed on the box)Spray a 9x12 cake pan (or cupcake tin) with non-stick spray and bake according to the package directions.
Weight Watchers Points - 12 servings at 1 point each.
1. diet sprite with white or light cake mixes, layer vanilla or banana pudding, strawberries, blueberries or banana slices and whip cream
2. diet coke with the chocolate cake mixes, layer chocolate or vanilla pudding, cherries or strawberries and whip cream
3. Diet sprite and spice cake
